Our Powder Coating and Plating Process Powder coating has become the fastest growth finish on metal today. To meet this growing demand, Production Plating is equipped with both a large capacity conveyor zed powder line and large and small batch part capacity which enables us to handle all of your jobs, big or small. We use state-of-the-art equipment to handle all of your plating and powder coating needs. Continuous equipment and process upgrades give us the ability to handle high production needs and various part size requirements.
Our plating processes are analyzed by an independent laboratory to military specifications and government regulations. Test reports are kept on file. To enhance the efficiency of your new project we encourage you to include us in your engineering process. By consulting with us early, we may be able to offer alternatives to your design standard to make our production process easier and cost efficient to you.
